Below, we’ve outlined the specific steps and conditions for various return and refund scenarios to make it as clear and simple as possible.

1. General Return Guidelines

You may return any item within 15 days of the delivery date, provided that the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@kinjamas.store with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.

  • Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (see details below).

2. Return & Refund Process for Different Scenarios

2.1 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. Here’s what you need to do:

  • Contact us at support@kinjamas.store within 7 days of receiving the order, providing photos of the defect or damage (if applicable) and your order details.

  • Once we review your request and confirm the issue, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item to us.

You can choose to:

  • Receive a replacement item (subject to availability).

  • Receive a full refund, including any original shipping costs, to your original payment method.

2.2 Undelivered or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time (7 business days for standard shipping, 3 business days for express shipping):

  • Please check your tracking information first. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us at support@kinjamas.store.

  • If the package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund.

  • In cases where the package is delayed but still in transit, we kindly ask for your patience. We will work closely with the carrier to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.

2.3 Wrong Size

If you ordered the wrong size, no worries! Follow these steps:

  • Contact us at support@kinjamas.store within 15 days of receiving your order and let us know the reason for your return.

  • Ship the items back to us using a shipping method of your choice. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs in these cases.

  • Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping charges.

2.4 Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order after it has been placed but before it has shipped:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at support@kinjamas.store. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is processed.

  • If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

If you cancel before shipment:

  • A full refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

3. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive a notification email. If your return is approved:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return has been processed.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you:

  • Return the original item using the process outlined above.

  • Place a new order for the desired size or color.
